Photograph the house. Get back a priced, tagged catalog.

AtticTag is estate sale software for small companies. Snap each item on your phone and it drafts the name, description and a price range for you to approve. Then it prints your tags, tracks what sells and builds the family’s settlement report.

How a sale runs in AtticTag

  1. Walk the house with your phone

Open AtticTag in your phone's browser and tap once per item. The camera stays open, so a room goes as fast as you can point. No app to install, and your whole crew can shoot at once.

  2. Approve every price

Each photo comes back with a name, a short description, a suggested price range and how sure AtticTag is. You set the final price. Nothing gets a price you didn't approve.

  3. Print tags and post the sale

Print numbered tags with a QR code for each item, then copy a ready-made listing and photo set for EstateSales.NET, EstateSales.org and Facebook.

  4. Mark items sold and settle with the family

Mark sales from your phone as they happen. Day-two and day-three markdowns apply automatically. When the doors close, send the family a clear settlement report with gross, commission, fees and their net.

You stay in charge of every price

AtticTag shows a range and a confidence level, not a single number pretending to be certain. When it isn’t sure, it asks for a photo of the maker’s mark. One tap opens sold listings on eBay or WorthPoint, already searched for that item.

Every price you approve and every final sale price is saved, so suggestions get sharper with each sale you run.
